We accept most commercial insurance; please call if you cannot find us on your plan.

If you have medical insurance, we are anxious to help you receive the maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment policy.

Please bring your child’s insurance card with you to each and every visit.
As part of our contract with insurance companies requiring co-pays, we are required to collect your co-pays at the time of your visit. A $10.00 processing fee will be assessed for co-pays not collected at the time of your visit.

Our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
