Our telephone hours are:       

Monday and Tuesday	7:00am to 6:45pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday	8:30am to 4:45pm
Saturday	8:00am to 10:00am for ill appointments only. Please be prepared to arrive at the office as early as 8:30am.

We have two registered nurses available to help you with medical, behavioral, and other types of problems.  A brief telephone consultation may help you manage a problem or arrange an appointment.  Contact the RN at (859) 331-4005.  Our trained staff will help you with general medical advice although prescription medications may not be given without the evaluation by a physician.

In case of life-threatening emergency or serious accident, call 911 for immediate help.  For after-hour medical emergencies that cannot wait until the office opens, contact the main office number.  The on-call physician will return your call for medical assistance.

Please limit calls to the on-call doctor for urgent problems only.  Non-urgent calls should wait for regular office hours.
Requests for medication refills are taken Monday thru Friday and need 24 hours for completion.
